* Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Without trip cancellation insurance there is no guarantee you will receive a refund should you have a need to cancel. When inquiring about trip cancellation insurance make sure you are dealing with a reputable company.

* Need a pet sitter for your furry friend while you are traveling? We just may have the answer. . . ask about our "FURRY FRIEND" service.

* CANCELLATION POLICY:

MULTI-DAY TRIPS: If you HAVE NOT purchased trip cancellation insurance a refund will only be awarded if YOU are able to find a replacement. It is the responsibility of the passenger to find a replacement.

SINGLE DAY TRIPS: A refund will only be awarded if YOU are able to find a replacement.

* A $35.00 fee will be charged for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF).

* A $10.00 fee will be added to any trip balance that is not received by the final payment due date.

NOTE: Any passenger requiring the use of a walker, wheelchair, scooter, etc. MUST be accompanied by a caregiver capable of assisting at all times while on tour. This IS NOT the responsibility of the Motorcoach Driver, Group Leader or Tour Guide.
